Chickpea & Cauliflower Curry

Ingredients
1 Can Garbanzo Beans/Chick Peas1 Head of Cauliflower1 tsp Coriander1 tsp Cumin1 tsp Curry Powder2 tsp Tomato Paste1/4 cup Canola oil1/4 cup Water
Directions
Heat canola oil with Coriander, Cumin, and Curry Powder
Add Cauliflower and water
Add Tomato Paste and Garbanzo Beans/Chick Peas.

Cook about 15 minutes covered or until Cauliflower is tender.
