Oatmeal with Cranberries, Walnuts, Flax & Agave

Ingredients
3/4 c quick oatsscant 1/4 c. chopped walnutsscant 1/4 c. dried cranberries1 Tbsp flax meal1/2 Tbsp agave nectar
Directions
Mix ingred together in serving bowl. Pour in approx 3/4 cup boiling water and mix (more water if you like it more runny, less if you like it firmer). After stirring allow to sit for a minute or two and enjoy.
Leave out the cranberries if sugar is a problem.
