French Red Potatoe Salad

Ingredients
3 Tbsp. Canola oil3 Tbsp. Cider Vinegar1 tsp each salt, pepper, parsley1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp sugar400 grams (or 4 med red potatoes)
Directions
Scrub potatoes & boil till fork tender. Drain and let cool. Mix dressing ingredients in bowl and set aside. Cube potatoes to 1/2 to 1" dice and toss in dressing while still warm. Refrigerate till ready to eat.
