Raw Apple Pie

Ingredients
Crust2 Cups of Sunflower seeds1 Cup of Raisins1/2 ApplePut all ingredients in a food processor and press into a pie plateFilling7 Apples8 Dates Pitted and Soaked1/2 cup of currants1/2 lemon juiced1 teaspoon of cinnomin
Directions
For Crust put all ingredients into a food process and form in the a pie plate

For Filling:
In a food processor blend 2 apples and the dates until smooth.
Pour in a bowl and put aside
In the food processor pulse the remaining apples into tiny pieces. Remove from the processor and put in the bowl with the dates.
To the date mixture add the cinnomin, lemon and currants and mix well.
Pour into the crust and chill for one hour

Serving Size: Make 8 pieces of pie
