Family circle - Creamy chicken curry

Chicken Breast, no skin, 1000 grams Hard Boiled Egg, 3 large Ginger Root, 1 slices (1" dia) *Ghee, 3 tbsp Garlic, 2 clove (Onions, raw, 1 slice, medium (1/8" thick) (*chilli powder, 1 tsp (Turmeric, ground, .5 tsp (*Ground Almonds, 4 tablespoons(*Ground Coriander, 2 tsp)*coconut cream, .75 cup (Almonds, 2 tablespoons, slivered (
Cut the chicken into 5cm pieces and brown in the ghee. Remove and keep warm.
Grind the onion and garlic and ginger in a food procesor. Fry in the same pan until golden and then add the ground almond, turmeric, chilli and coriander. Cook for 1-2 minutes.
Return chicken to the pan and with 1 cup of water and simmer for about 25 minutes.
Stir in coconut cream, garam masala and hard boiled eggs cut into quarters.
Transfer to a warn serving dish and garnish with almonds, wedges of lime and sprigs of coriander,
