shuppie All Whole Wheat pizza dough, 1 servingBell peppers, diced 1 cupBaby Spinach, chopped, 2 cupsRed Onions, 1/4" thick rings, 1/2 cupMushrooms, sliced, 2 cupsRoma Tomatos, sliced thin, 4 Mozzarella, 4 ozFeta cheese, 6 oz
Prepare pizza dough following recipe found here: https://goo.gl/tYxwu
Roll dough out to about 14" circle. Dough will be quite thin
Remove jelly from sliced tomatoes, pat dry with paper towels
Top dough first with sliced tomatoes (in lieu of sauce)
Add remaining toppings (recommended order from bottom to top: feta cheese, peppers, spinach, mushrooms, onions, mozzerella)
Bake at 425 degrees for about 15 mins
Slice and eat while hot
Serving Size: Makes 8 slices
