Loose Leaf Lettuce - 30 gramsSpinach - 15 gramsBroccoli - 25 gramsCucumber - 50 gramsTomato - 50 gramsCarrots - 40 gramsPurple Cabbage - 40 gramsMushrooms - 25 gramsPurple Onion - 25 gramsGreen Bell Pepper - 20 gramsYellow Bell Pepper - 20 gramsRed Bell Pepper - 20 gramsCilanto - 2 tbspMozzarella Cheese shredded no fat - 1 ozChedder Cheese shredde no fat - 1 ozRaisins - 30 gramsSunflower Seeds - 1/2 ozAvocado - 25 gramsApple - 25 gramsDressing -1/2 an Orange squeezed1 lemon squeezed1 lime squeezed
Directions
Chop everything real small.
Keep seperate til ready to eat or a little before.
Put in Bowl with lid and shake.

For Salad Dressing - use the fruit juices.
