Curried Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 large head of cauliflower (chopped into bites sized pieces)1 can (284 ml) Campbell's Low Fat Cream of Mushroom Soup (approximately 1 cup)1/4 cup 1% Milk4 Tbsp Light Mayo2 tsp curry powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Steam broccoli until tender, vut still firm. Place in a casserole dish. In a large bowl, mix soup, milk, curry powder and mayonnaise. Pour over cauliflower and stir to coat. Bake for 30 minutes and serve hot.
