Vegan Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 Cup Whole Wheat Flour1/4 Cup Ground Flax Seed1/2 Cup Quick Oats1/2 Cup Brown Sugar1 Teaspoon Baking Powder1/2 Teaspoon Baking Soda1/4 Teaspoon Salt1 Teaspoon Vanilla2 Tablespoons Canola Oil1 Tablespoon Applesauce or 1/4 tbsp soymilk1/4 Cup Maple Syrup1/4 Cup Creamy Style Organic peanut Butter
Directions
1. Mix together the dry ingredients in a bowl (can be plastic, doesn't matter)
2. Add the wet ingredients
3. Mix the whole lot together very well
4. place on greased cookie sheet or silicone mat on top of cookie sheet to avoid using butter/grease
5. Place in oven at 325F for 10-12 minutes




You can sprinkle them with course sugar or add chocolate chips if you like. They will be soft out of the oven and crisp up as they cool.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 cookies when flattened out
