low fat quick cornbread

Ingredients
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix1/2 cup fat free milk2 egg whites1 tbsp I can't believe it's not butter lite or lite butter
Directions
beat egg whites, add milk and muffin mix
mix just til combined
spray a 10" cast iron skillet with non stick spray
place butter substitute in pan
heat over medium heat til melted and pan begins to smoke
pour batter into hot pan
place in 350 degree oven
bake 15-20 minutes til cornbread is golden brown
