Basic meatloaf in a pinch

Ingredients

1 LB ground beef3 large eggs1 medium onion, chopped3 cloves of garlic, chopped1 tbsp salt1 tsp black pepper1 tbsp dried basil1 tsp dried tarragon
Preheat oven to 375. Crush the Cheerios in a food processor or smash them with a mallet. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Line a baking pan with foil. Form the mixture into a uniform sized loaf. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Cover with foil and continue baking until cooked through or another 20 minutes.
You can change it up for a different taste.....
Add Italian seasoning and Parmesan cheese, top with tomato sauce. Pour barbecue sauce over and bake for the last 10 minutes of cooking. Add taco or chili seasoning and serve with salsa on top... The possibilities are endless....
