melon and steak salad

Ingredients
1/4 Pound boneless sirloin steak, trimmed1/4 tsp. salt1/4 tsp. ground pepper1 med. red onion, cut crosswise, 1/4in. thick rings3 tbsp fresh lime juice1 tbsp honey2 tsp olive oil1 tsp smoked paprika1/2 tsp crushed red pepper1/2 canteloupe . pee3led seeded, and cute lengthwise into 1/4 in thick wedges1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro1/4 cup fresh mint
Directions
1. preheat a lightly oiled grill pan over med-high heat. Wrinkle steak with salt and pepper; grill with onions, turning onion after about 4 minutes and steak after 7 minutes, until meat is medium-rare or to desired degree of doneness. Transfer meat and onion to a small cutting board, let rest 5 minutes., slice steak.

2. In a small bowl, combine honey, lime, olive oil, smoked paprika and crushed red pepper; stir with a whisk, set aside dressing.

3. Arrange sliced steak and cantaloupe, onions cilantro and mint. drizzle with dressing.
