Coffee Heath Bar Frozen Yogurt

1 cup 1% milk with tablespoon butter melted in (or use 1 cup whole milk)1 .25 oz envelope plain Knox gelatin3 tablespoons instant espresso powder2/3 cup sugar3 T vanilla extract3.5 cups fat free plain yogurt1/2 cup half and half4 oz heath bar pieces
sprinkle milk with gelatin and leave for 1 minute (in saucepan). Turn on heat and add butter. melt butter into milk gelatin mixture and stir until smooth. Add sugar and instant espresso, keeping on heat until sugar is absorbed. Place in fridge to cool.
Add yogurt, half and half and vanilla to the chilled mixture, stirring until completely mixed. Add to ice cream machine and churn per manufacturer's instructions approx 20 - 25 minutes. In last 2 minutes of churn process (or so) pour the heath bar to mix into the yogurt.
Spoon into Ball freezer jars and enjoy!
