Oatmeal Raisin Pankcakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups rolled oats1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tps. ground cinnamon1 1/4 cups almond milk1 tbs. maple syrup1/4 cup apple sauce plain or cinnamon
Directions
Place all ingredients (except raisins) into blender or food processor and mix until combined and oats are finely ground. Pour into bowl and mix with raisins. Heat skillet over medium-low heat. Drop small amount of batter onto hot pan and cook until edges are browned and set, flip and cook until done.

Serving Size: Makes 16 small pancakes
