Ingredients
*Bisquick, Gluten Free Baking mix 1/3 cup (40g), 1 cup (remove)*Dairy, Milk - Silk Vanilla Soy Milk - lite, 1 cup (remove)Applesauce, unsweetened, .25 cup (remove)Blueberries, fresh, 0.5 cup (remove)
Directions
mix soy milk and applesauce and mix in dry ingriedients.

Add blueberries and put 1/4 cup mix on griddle and cook till lightly browned on both sides.

Serving Size: makes 8 decent size pancakes
