Cilantro-lime hummus by Amy Green

Ingredients
1 15oz can chickpeas - drained and rinsed1/4 c tahini1/4 c. plain yogurt3 TBSP Lime Juice1 medium garlic clove minced3/4 tsp Kosher or Sea Salt1/2 tsp ground cuminpinch of cayenne pepper1/4 c water
Directions
Place all ingredients in a food processor except for the water and pulse until combine. If too lumpy, slowly add water while pulsing until desired consistency.

Chill for several hours before serving
