2 eggs3/4 c flour3/4 c milk3/4 T. Sugar1/2 tsp vanill extract
Mix all ingredients together well. In heated, sprayed fry pan, pour thin layer in bottom. Cook for about 20 sec, turn and cook another 10-20 sec. should be a light color. Don't over cook. Fill with favorite fillings and enjoy
