Shredded Chicken curry

Ingredients
1 onion minced4 cloves garlic minced1 tbsp coconut oil12 oz shredded chicken1 can coconut milk2 tbsp curry powder0.5 tsp red pepper flake
Directions
saute onion and garlic in oil for 3 min until soft, add milk and curry powder and mix, add chicken and cauliflower and simmer until cauliflower is tender. add chicken broth if needed to thin
