1 cup Long Grain Brown Rice, cooked and cooled1 raw Carrot, diced1/4 cup Onion, diced1 cup Peas2 fresh Pears, sliced2/3 cup Grapes, halved4 Apricots, sliced1/3 cup Kraft Fat Free Italian Salad Dressing Salad Greens (optional, not included in Nutrition Info.)
Combine together all ingredients, tossing gently. Serve over salad greens, if desired, or eat as is.
