6 cups Water4 bags British style tea0.5 tsp tea masalaseeds from 3 cardamom pods, crushed1 cup sugar2 cups 1% milkCinnamon, ground
1. Mix all ingredients except milk in a stock pot. Bring to a boil.
2. Add milk. Return to a boil.
3. Serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon.
Makes 8 1 cup servings. This recipe could be lightened up by using fat free milk and reducing the sugar or making it without the sugar and adding an artificial sweetener at the end.
