Chicken Curry In A Hurry

Ingredients
1/4 cup nonfat plain yogurt1/4 cup fat-free mayonnaise3 tablespoons finely-chopped onions1 teaspoon ground ginger1 teaspoon curry powder1 teaspoon paprika1/2 teaspoon freshly-ground black pepper4 oz cooked, boneless skinless chicken breast ( pre-shredded)Lime Juice
Directions
1. In a small bowl, stir together the yogurt, mayonnaise, onions, ginger, paprika, pepper and curry powder

3. Add the chicken and stir until blended.

5. Microwave to heat and serve over brown rice or spread over a tortilla (or in a pita) with lettuce, diced tomatoes and ff feta for a great wrap.
