Chicken, spinach, blueberry & bluecheese SALAD

Ingredients
8 oz Chicken leftover cooked chicken breast4 cups baby spinach leaves1 small onion sliced into thin onion rings1/2 cup fresh blueberries2 oz. blue cheese crumbles1 oz walnuts chopped and lightly toasted4 basil leaves chopped
Directions
Divide spinach between two large bowls.
Slice chicken breast and divide between bowls
put half of each remaining ingredients on top.
Drizzle each bowl with dressing

Serve immediately with a couple of crunchy breadsticks on the side.
