Grilled Pork Skewers

Ingredients
1 pound(s) pork sirloin1 tablespoon(s) salt1 teaspoon(s) black pepper1 teaspoon(s) paprika2 tablespoon(s) extra-virgin olive oil2 teaspoon(s) fresh chopped thyme8 (8-inch) wooden skewers, or up to 10 skewers, if serving more peopleCut the pork into ten 1 1/2-ounce rectangle-shaped pieces. Season pork with salt, pepper, paprika, oil, and fresh thyme. Place pork under plastic wrap and pound into thin rectangle pieces.Weave the pork pieces onto the wooden skewers to fill the skewers, not too crowded, but some curling will be necessary.Grill over high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side. Place skewers on a platter and coat with your version of bbq sauce!
