Potato and Cabbage Bhaji

Ingredients
Cabbage, fresh, 4 cup, shreddedPeas, frozen, 1 cup thawedRed Potato, 100 grams sliced in cubes*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper sliced*Cumin seed, 2 tsp (remove)Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp *asafoetida (hing), 0.25 tsp Sat 1 tsp
Directions
Heat oil in a saucepan. When hot add cumin. When they start popping add hot pepper, asafoetida turmeric and stir couple of times and add sliced potatoes. Stir to coat with spices then add shreded cabbage and peas. Stir again and cover and and steam for about five minutes. Remove the lid sprinkle salt and stir once and cover and cook for about 10 minutes. Cabbage should be soft but not mushy and potatoes should be soft. Before serving squeeze lime juice over it and garnish with cilantro and serve with roti or any bread.
