Hummus

Ingredients
2 cups canned chick peas - drained (keep juice aside)1/2 cup tahini paste2 cloves of garlicjuice of 1 1/2 lemons1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil1 tsp ground cumin (or more to taste)1 tsp paprika1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Place all ingredients into food processor or blender. Process until smooth - adding extra canned juice (or water) until it is the consistency you like as a dip.
