Cranberry Relish

24 ozs. fresh cranberries2 navel oranges2 red delicious apples1 lime3/4 c. light brown sugar3/4 c. granulated sugar3 TBSP. Grand Marnier
In a food processor, coarsely chop the cranberries, then transfer to a mixing bowl. Cut the apples and oranges into eighths (do not peel) and process each until finely chopped, Add to the cranberries. Add the zest and juice from the lime. Add sugars and Grand Marnier and stir well. Allow the flavors to mellow overnight in the refriierator. Makes about two quarts, or sixteen half-cup servings.
