Belgium Salad

1 can No Salt Cut Green Beans1 can French Style Green Beans1 can No Salt Sweet Peas1 can Shoepeg Corn1 C. chopped Celery1/2 C. chopped Onion (I like red)1/2 C. chopped Red or Green PepperMix Well:3/4 C. Splenda (1 C. Sugar)1/2 C. Cider Vinegar1/2 C. Canola Oil1/2 tsp. Black Pepper(Salt may be added)
Pour 4 cans of vegetables into colander and drain. Chop celery, onion and pepper.
Mix vinegar, oil and black pepper. Heat and add Splenda. If using sugar, heat it with vinegar and oil. COOL
Pour liquid over vegetables and chill.
Serving size is 1/2 cup.
Note: Nutritional values are based on no salt vegetables and Splenda. Also no added salt.
