Ingredients
1/2 Cup SR flour1/2 Cup Sugar1/2 Cup Butter1 Egg
Directions
Cream the butter and sygar together in a bowl
add egg and mix well,
sift flour and fold into mixture
divide among cup cake cases
cook at 350F for 10-15
Can add dried fruit or chocolate chips to mix (1/4 Cup) (not calculated in nutritional breakdown)
