Red Smashed Potatos

Ingredients
8 Red potatoes4 Tbsp lite chive cream cheese
Directions
Quarter potatoes and place in a pot. Cover with water. Add about 1 tsp of salt. Boil then simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain. Add cream cheese to the pot and smash the potatoes with a potato masher. Divide into 4 even servings.
