Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil, in fry pan on med-highadd 3 breasts chickenmix 1 tbsp garlic powder1 tbsp gingerand 2 tbsp water in small bowlset asidemix 1/4 cup tomato sauce1/4 cup nonfat yogurt2 tsp lemon juice1 tsp black pepperand 1/2 cup water in large bowlset asideremove breasts, slice into 1" stripsreturn to panwhen cooked all overadd 1 tsp curry powder4 cloves and 2 cinnamon sticksafter 1 minute add garlic/ginger mixafter 1 more minute add yogurt/tomato mixcook until done, adding water if neededserve over rice and steamed vegetables of your choice.
