Cyn's Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1 can of Chunk Chicken Breast2 tbsp of mayo (lite mayo would be better but I didn't have any at the time)1 tbsp of olive oil3/4 cup of Pictsweet Seasoning Blend (Frozen Onion, Celery, & Pepper blend)1 1/2 tbsp of *Salad Pizzaz! (Raspberry Cranberry Walnut Frisco)
Directions
Drain Chicken, empty into a mixing bowl. Add the mayo and stir. Place in the fridge. Meanwhile, brown the onion and pepper mixture with the garlic in olive oil on the stove until tender and brown. Empty into a small dish and cool in the freezer for a few minutes so it's not hot when you add to the cool chicken.

Serve on bread for a Chicken Salad Sandwich or with your favorite cracker. You may also eat it plain!
Remove chicken from the fridge and add in the salad topping and the sauteed onion mixture. Stir well. You may refrigerate again if you want your salad cooler. Enjoy!
