Ingredients
*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 2 cup, chopped or sliced (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Basil, 5 leaves (remove)Garlic, 3 clove (remove)Salt, 1 dash (remove)Pepper, black, 1 dash (remove)Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)Bread, italian, 18 slice, small (3-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 1/2 (remove
Directions
Chop tomatoes, spring onions and mix together.
Add seasoning, garlic and basil.
Pour over olive oil.
Toast the Italian or French sliced loaf.
Divide mixture and serv as a starter or delicious snack with a glass off cold white wine.
