Flour Tortillas

Ingredients
4.5 cups all purpose flour1/2 cup olive oil1 1/2 cups water1 tsp salt
Directions
Mix flour and olive olive. add salt to water and stir into flour mixture. Knead for 5 minutes. Let set for 30 min to 2 hours. Divide into 16 balls and roll out into 8 " circles. Dry fry in hot skillet for 1 minute each side or until bubbles and brown spots form.
