Shiraze Salad

Ingredients
2 Ripe Red Tomatos, cut into bite-size chunks2 short Cucumber, seeded, if needed, and cut into bite-sized chunks1 medium red onionFresh Dill, coarsely chopped, stems removed1/2 cup white or cider vinegar
Directions
This is a simple salad. Mix the ingredients, dill chopped, in a medium bowl. Leave salad un-chilled if you are planning to serve within an hour or two. If not, wrap and chill. Keeps 1 or 2 days.
