Hungry Jenny Sugar and Butter free Ginger Cookies

Ingredients
2 bananas150g rolled oats100g plain flour2 tsp vanilla2 tsp cinnamon1 tsp ginger1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
Directions
1) Mash the bananas with the vanilla.
2) Sieve the flour into in a bowl. Mix in the cinnamon, ginger and soda.
3) Add the banana mixture followed by the oats. Mix well - it will be a bit sticky! (You can spray your hands with Pam to prevent it from sticking when moulding into cookies).
4) Mould 12 shapes from the mixture. Place onto a lined tray and bake at 350F for 15 minutes.
