1 tbsp of Olive Oil2 cloves Chopped Garlic1/4 cup Sun Dried Tomatoes2 oz Feta Cheese1 tbsp Salt2 tsp Black pepper - fresh2 cups Fresh Baby Spinach4 oz Barilla Multi-Grain Penne pasta1 tbsp Pine Nuts Raw
1) In a saute pan, heat oil.
2) Add garlic and sun dried tomatoes, sauté.
3) Add 1 oz Feta Cheese and salt & pepper, cream together.
4) Add spinach and pasta, toss well.
5) Place mixture into pasta bowl, top with remaining feta and pine nuts.
Serving Size: Makes one dinner-sized serving
