.25c dry lentils1 medium onion1c diced celery5c dry Earthgrains stuffing croutons1T sageVegetarian broth or bouillon
Combine lentils, onions, celery, and sage in a saucepan with 3cups broth or bouillon. Bring to a boil, then simmer until lentils are soft.
Add croutons to lentils, stir until all liquid is absorbed.
Bake in covered casserole 30ish minutes.
