Peach Crisp

Ingredients
6 cups peeled and sliced fresh peaches6 T. Splenda (divided)1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon1 cup oatmeal1 T. flour4 T. butter1/4 tsp. salt
Directions
Use a 2-quart casserole or 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Coat with cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Peel and slice peaches. Combine 1/2 Splenda and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches. Spoon into prepared dish. Combine oats, salt, flour and remaining 1/2 Splenda; stir well. Cut with a pastry blender until mixture resembles coarse meal. Sprinkle evenly over peaches.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until lightly browned.

Serving Size: Makes 9 servings.
