3 lbs Chicken 3 oz of baby carrots2 cups whole mushrooms1/8 cup onions3 garlic cloves1 cup chicken broth 1.5 cups of whole milk1 tablespoon EVOO
trim fat off chicken, cut up veggies, heat EVOO in heated pan, season chicken both sides with salt, garlic pepper and fresh ground pepper. put chicken in pan and cook for 10 minutes on each side, put chicken in 200* oven to keep warm. Put veggies in pan cook for 15 minutes until carrots are just becoming soft. Add milk to pan, stir with all veggies and stir until thick add chicken back into pan cook for an additional 10 minutes.
