Slow Cooker Pineapple Sweet N Sour Chicken

Ingredients
12 oz boneless, skinless chicken breast1/4 cup honey1/4 cup soy sauce1 tbsp ketchup1 tsp worcestershire sauce15 oz crushed pineapple in pineapple juice1 clove crushed garlichandful of baby carrots (roughly 1/2 cup)1 tbsp cornstarch
Directions
Coat crock pot in nonstick spray.
Place chicken breast in bottom of crock pot.
Place carrots over chicken.
Separate the pineapple from the juice keeping both.
Mix together juice, soy sauce, honey, worcestershire, ketchup, and garlic.
Pour over chicken and carrots.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken and carrots from sauce.
Whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water.
Turn crock pot to high and whisk in cornstarch mixture to thicken.
Add back chicken and carrots with reserved pineapple to heat back up.
Serve over rice.
