Ingredients
1 cup onion, chopped1 med green bell pepper, chopped32 oz stew beef (sirloin)1 tbs olive oil1-2 cups zucchini, sliced1 cup mushrooms, sliced2 cans tomato sauceworcestershire sauce (to taste)
Directions
Saute onion, bell pepper and beef in olive oil. Add zucchini, mushrooms, tomato sauce and flavor with worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
