1 can pumpkin pie mix2/3 cup evaporated milk1 frozen 9" deep dish pie crust2 eggs
Mix all ingrediants well and pour into pie crust. Bake at 425 deg for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 deg and continue to bake for 60 minutes. When a knife inserted in the center come out clean the pie is done. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve or refigerate.
