Pulled pork bbq

Ingredients
Pork butt1 bottle of Jack Daniel original bbq sauce1 bottle of heiniken or your favorite beer1 jar of bbq pork rub or make your own
Directions
Rub pork bbq rub over roast. Place in crockpot on low for 10-12hrs or under roast falls apart and bone is easily removed. Remove roast from crock pot and pull apart or chop. In the crockpot combine 1/2 bottle of beer with 1 bottle of bbq sauce and stir. Add pork back to the pot and cook on low for another 30 minutes. Serve alone or on buns.
