Pumpkin Turkey Chili

Ingredients
1 T vegetable oil or EVOO1 C chopped onion1 C chopped bell pepper (any color)1 clove garlic minced or 1 t. garlic powder1 lb ground turkey1 15oz can chili beans1 15oz can black beans1 14.5oz can diced tomatoes1 small can corn1 small can diced chilies1 15oz can pumpkin puree3 1/2 T chili powder2 t ground cumin1/2 t black pepper1 dash salt
Directions
Heat oil in skillet over medium heat, saute onion, pepper and garlic until tender. Stir in turkey and cook until evenly brown. Drain and mix in tomatoes, beans, corn, chilies, broth and pumpkin. Season with spices. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 20 minutes. Serve topped with cheddar cheese and sour cream (not included in calorie calculation).
