Ingredients
*kabocha, 800 gram *Canola Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 1 clove Onions, raw, 100 grams Salt, 1 tsp Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsSerrano Peppers, 1 pepper
Directions
Add oil, sauteed garlic and onion till translucent.
Add serrano peppers and sautee with onion and garlic
Add squash and stir together
Add 1 cup water and simmer until tender.
Add cilantro to garnish.
