Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs ground beef2 large eggs2 slices reduced calorie wheat bread1 tsp salt1 tsp pepper1/4 tsp Mrs. Dash Original Blend1/2 cup ketchup2 tbs ketchup
Directions
Toast bread and let set a few minutes. Then break up into crumbs in a large bowl with ground beef. Add salt and Mrs. Dash and 1/2 cup of ketchup. Mix all ingredients well and place in loaf pan. Spread 2 tbs of remaining ketchup on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with Aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
