Ingredients
.5 lb ground beef1 onion chopped2 celery stalks-chopped8 cups cabbage1 green pepper1 can butter beans \lima beans4 cups beef broth1/2 tsp garlic powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
\in large pot over medium heat, cook beef until browned.Add chopped cabbage, onion ,green pepper, celery, garlic salt. and condiments , tomatoes and broth. \over medium-high heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat to low\;cover and simmer until cabbage is very tender and soup is flavorful, 1 hour. Serves 8
