Spaghetti Squash with Meat Sauce

Spaghetti Squash (1 whole)2 cups of Newman's Own Organic Marinara2 cups of mushroom slices2 cups frozen peas12 oz of extra lean ground beef
Cut squash in half and scrape out the seeds. Place in microwave safe dish and add 1 inch of water in the bottom of dish. Cover with plastic wrap. Microwave for 13-15 minutes or until al dente.
In a seperate pan saute ground beef until browned, drain fat from pan and put meat aside. Next, saute the mushrooms until soft, add sauce, meat and peas and cook until heated through.
Scrape the inside of each squash with a fork until all squash is removed. Seperate into four dishes, top with sauce and serve.
