Orange Cranzest Spice Muffins

1 CUP BUTTER (yes you can decrease the fat)5 eggs ( I used 1 1/4 cups egg substitute)1 cup splenda for baking1/4 cup fresh OJ2 cups white flour1 cup wheat flour3 cups fresh/frozen cranberries ( I chop 1/2 and leave the rest whole)1 cup 0% Greek yogurt2 tsp vanilla2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/4 tsp gingerzest from one orange
pre heat oven to 400
mix butter and sugar till blended add eggs and OJ. Add in yogurt and vanilla. Mix dry ingredients and spices together add to muffins mix until just incorporated. Either spray a muffin tin or use liners, I scooped with a #30 scoop, (30 ounces or 1/4 cup). bake at 400 for 18-22 min.
