Skinny Chicken Curry

12 oz of Chicken Breast - Chopped1 large Scallion (Green onion)- Chopped1 Cup Cauliflower - Chopped1 Cup Broccoli - Chopped.5 Cup Bean Sprouts1.5 Cup Swanson Chicken Broth (Fat Free)Curry Powder - 1 TbspnBlack Pepper - DashGround Cinnamon- DashOlive Oil
In a Large Frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat.
Add Broccoli and Cauliflower.
When the Broccoli has turned a bright green, add in your Scallion.
In about three minutes toss in the chopped chicken. Allow it to brown lightly and then add the chicken broth, bean sprouts and spices.
Turn down the heat and let this simmer until the chicken is done.
